Unlike most agencies we don't have targets to meet on the number of instructions we can achieve, or homes we can reduce in price just to meet those numbers.  If your home isn't getting the attention we think it deserves, we use many of our tried and tested methods to increase its visibility and make sure the right buyers are seeing it well before considering a price adjustment.

Homes really do deserve extraordinary marketing to showcase their full potential.  We have a genuine passion for style and keep up to date with the latest home interior trends to be able to inject those ideas into your home to make sure it is attractive to the right buyers.  There is nothing more exciting than a buyer feeling emotional about your home and wanting to buy it. 

 Fees

Our fees for selling your home are from 1% + vat (1.2% inc vat) subject to a minimum fee of £3,000 + vat (£3,600 inc vat).  Please note we charge for marketing costs of £600 + vat (£720 inc vat) should you withdraw from the market.  We are an independent small business and we pay upfront for photos, video tours and extra marketing required before your home goes on the market, therefore initial work is required to be paid for.
